Festival Church is looking to hire a Church Plant Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of Festival Church Llandrindod’s church planting initiatives across rural Wales
Hours of Paid Work
Part-time – 18 hours per week. 24-month fixed-term contract initially.
Salary
£29,500 FTE
Job Criteria
It is essential that applicants have:
- Lived and worked in a rural and cross-cultural setting, evidencing pioneering in a rural environment
- Excellent people skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in using video editing and design software
- Experience with filming content and producing high-quality videos for social media, web and other formats
- An eye for attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Ability to both follow and give instructions.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Experience working in a team.
- Experience in managing own workload.
Additionally, the applicant must:
- Be a practising Christian (occupational requirement under Part 1 of schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010).
- Demonstrate that they are able to contribute to the skills base of Festival's Shared Resources Team.
- Be willing to relocate within the UK.
- Be at a Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) level C2 proficiency in the English language.
It is desirable that applicants have done ministry in a rural and cross-cultural setting, with relevant experience and have a Welsh language fluency, or a desire to learn Welsh.
