Alive Church Prestatyn began its life in 1949 when three local families joined together as Assemblies of God Church Prestatyn. In 1967 the church had outgrown its small hut near the town centre and moved premises to its current location on Victoria Road. The church then continued to grow which resulted in the need for an extension to the building, joined with a new name for the church - Calvary Church.
In 2016 we marked the next chapter of our journey by changing our name to Alive Church, which was closely followed by us becoming part of the Festival Church family in March 2017.
